Welcome to your private Moab retreat, a modern home designed for families and groups looking to experience the best of red-rock country while enjoying the comfort and amenities of a resort-style stay.

From the moment you arrive, the dramatic Moab landscape sets the scene. Spend your days exploring the national parks and trails, then return to your own private pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and sunken fire-pit lounge overlooking the surrounding red-rock cliffs.

Inside, the home is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed for groups traveling together. The open-concept main level brings the kitchen, dining, and living spaces together, making it easy to enjoy time as a group without feeling crowded.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large island with additional seating and opens directly to the living area. A dedicated dining space provides room for meals together, while the oversized leather sectional, fireplace, and large-screen TV create a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.

An additional upstairs living area gives larger groups extra room to spread out, and two sets of washers and dryers make the home especially convenient for longer stays and active Moab adventures.

Enjoy dinner outside, take an evening swim, relax around the fire, or settle onto the balcony and take in the desert views. It's a comfortable, private, and memorable way to experience Moab with the people you're traveling with.

YOUR PRIVATE OUTDOOR RETREAT:

The backyard is one of the home's most distinctive features and was designed to be enjoyed from morning through evening. Spend the afternoon beside the private swimming pool, relax in the spa, or enjoy the outdoor kitchen and BBQ while taking in the red-rock views. Multiple seating areas provide plenty of space to gather, while the dedicated corn hole court adds a little friendly competition.

As evening arrives, the sunken fire-pit lounge becomes the perfect place to enjoy a drink, watch the colors change across the cliffs, and relax under the desert sky.
