Nice spot. Apartments are new, nicely equipped and very nice bathroom with double shower head and huge tub.
The unit had the amenities we needed for a comfortable 3 day stay. It was very difficult to find. I'll suggest better directions in a private message. The noises from the upstairs units and the stairway carried very loudly throughout our unit, which resulted in us not sleeping well. I think this is structural.
We had to change our trip dates on short notice so we had very few lodging options to choose from. The location is convenient to Canyonlands but ufortunately, we would not stay here again. A few important things to note: 1. There are zero windows in this unit which is located in the center of the building. Good for sleeping in the pitch black but not good in the event of a fire. 2. The space could use a deep clean. Shower was dirty, floors were dirty, there was human hair on the kitchen counter, and cups/silverware all had to be washed before using. 3. King bed was comfortable, sofa bed was thin & awful (you can feel every bar). 4. Thin walls - you can hear people next to you and plenty of noise from the second floor. Additionally, you can hear the washers & dryers in the laundry facility as it shares a wall with this unit.
