0 STARS - DO NOT STAY HERE The host canceled hours before we were supposed to check in. I tried calling, texting, and messaging through the Air bnb app with no response. I later received a message from the host saying that the property had flooded WEEKS AGO. Instead of letting us know so we could book secure accommodations, he "hoped" that the restorations would be done in time for our stay. 3 hours into our 9 hour drive we were forced to find last minute accommodations in Moab. Most were already booked and we had to pay over double what we originally planned (thousands of dollars lost). Do not stay here. The host has zero integrity and does not care about his guest's experience. He only cares about your money.
our place had water damage and I should have been called and refunded as soon as the water damage happened but was not and it took a week and a half to get the full amount back. I got an email instead of a call. not everybody has time to check every email. something that major It would have been nice if they had called and refund right away. I was not happy about that but grateful they refunded me.
Immaculate conditions super clean! Easy to find and will definitely recommend!
