Our newly renovated unit is located in the heart of downtown, steps away from dining, shopping and local favorites. Near Arches, Canyonlands National Park & Dead Horse Point State Park and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our space is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our layout and location is great for couples, families, friends, business travelers, groups, and all adventurer's seeking what the area has to offer!
Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms; master bedroom features a king size bed and the second guest room has a twin over twin size bunk bed. The living room sectional pulls out into a queen size bed with plenty of space to spread out making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. This unit is also ADA compliant with thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable.
Another great feature of this unit is its location - just steps from downtown Moab! You'll be within easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment in town. Wake up to fresh coffee from Moab Coffee Roasters across the street or grab a bite to eat at the nearby cafes like Moab Garage Company, Doughbird or the famous Jailhouse Cafe before heading out to explore the stunning natural landscapes that Moab is known for.

Great location in town. Easy to walk for groceries, restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable.
Location was absolute perfection! Able to walk next door to buy groceries which was so convenient since we needed breakfast and lunch supplies. Right in the heart of Moab-walkable to restaurants, food truck park and souvenir shops. House was so cute and clean, we loved sitting outside on the front porch. My son preferred the pull out couch instead of the bunk bed (bigger and not squeaky). Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again!
We had a gorgeous stay at the Moab Inn Towner #1. Parking at the street was easy. There were always free spots. It's very close to the city and you can explore Moab and most restaurants by walking around. At the same time it was really quiet at night and we had very good sleep. The appartement was spacious for two people and is nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and there was all we needed to cook. We can definetly recommend 100%!
