Our home is the perfect basecamp for your Moab adventures while exploring nearby Slick Rock Traill, Steel Bender and other famous desert trails. Relax and recharge in the evening in our private hot tub and outdoor patio with stunning sunset views of the Moab rim and nighttime sky. Situated within an elegant and luxurious neighborhood, right by the Moab Golf Course, our home is the second unit on the street which adds to the secluded and quiet location Coyote Run. Window around the house show the beauty of Moab; red rock, cottonwood trees & the best view of the Moab Golf Club. Our unit has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms plus a loft. There are three beds on the upper level (king, queen & queen in the loft) and the master bedroom (king size) & attached bath on the main floor with access to side patio and hot tub. The home sleeps a total of 8 in beds. Fully stocked kitchen, dining table and seating for 8. There's also an outdoor patio table (seats 8) as well as smaller table to enjoy coffee/morning sunrise for 4. Relax after a long day in the outdoor hot tub with great views of the Moab Golf Club. 2 Car Garage & Tesla EV charging (48 amps). Fiber Wi-Fi internet Smart TV in Living Room 2 Car Garage Parking w/2 Additional Spaces in the driveway. No street parking is allowed and ATVs/SXS/trailers are allowed in the community per the HOA regulations. It was a very nice house for my family to stay in. About 15 minutes from Kens lake, 15 minutes from town, and 20 minutes from the entrances to Arches, very good location. We were given the wrong code to the house at first but got a very quick response from the host after messaging. Bathrooms, bedrooms and the hot tub were clean and tidy.

Amazing place tucked away in Moab - we spotted a coyote running along the fairway in the backyard one morning. Steelbender trail nearby is beautiful and very peaceful. House was A+ for our family celebration
