Our top floor condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (kids too!), and large groups. Take a dip in our pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of play in the hot desert sun. Pool Open (10AM-10PM) Mid March - Mid October (weather dependent) Hot Tub Open Year Round (10AM-10PM) -Enjoy the breathtaking view of the La Sal Mountains and surrounding red rock from our PRIVATE BALCONY (top floor) equipped with a BBQ grill and patio furniture. -Utility room with: --Washer --Dryer --Iron and ironing board --Vacuum -Fully Equipped Kitchen With: --Sets of 8 of Plates, side plates, bowls, cups, juice cups, plastic cups, mugs and silverware. --Full pot and pan set --Knife set --Mixing bowls --Strainers --Mixing spoons --Spatula --Whisk --Cooking pans --Small and large casserole dish --Toaster --Coffee pot and filters --Blender --Cutting board --Salt and pepper --BBQ and BBQ spatula and tongs --Hot pads

Exactly as advertised. It was clean and seemed well run. We had no problems. Would stay here next trip.
Great spot great location.
This property was perfect for our Moab trip. Close enough to downtown and National Parks (Arches, Canyonland) but far enough to unwind and not be in the noise and crowds. The pool was great feature and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again if I go back.
