Our brand new condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (kids too!), and large groups. Take a dip in our pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of play in the hot desert sun. Pool Open (10AM-10PM) March 15th - October 15th Hot Tub Open Year Round (10AM-10PM) -Enjoy the breathtaking view of the La Sal Mountains and surrounding red rock from our PRIVATE BALCONY equipped with a brand new grill. -Utility room with: --Washer --Dryer --Iron and ironing board --Vacuum -Fully Equipped Kitchen With: --Sets of 8 of Plates, side plates, bowls, cups, juice cups, plastic cups, mugs and silverware. --Full pot and pan set --Knife set --Mixing bowls --Strainers --Mixing spoons --Spatula --Whisk --Cooking pans --Small and large casserole dish --Toaster --Coffee pot and filters --Blender --Cutting board --Salt and pepper --BBQ and BBQ spatula and tongs --Hot pads

Haley's place was perfectly fine for the price we paid. However, if you have more than 4 people in your party, just be aware that the extra 2 beds are actually small folding cots that are kept in one of the bedroom closets.
Super clean, very comfortable, just a short drive to very good restaurants and 30 minutes from Arches National Park. We stayed 2 nights.
Highly recommend, especially if traveling with family or friends. Wish we had a longer stay rather than just one night.
