Cost, cleanliness. Close to everything.
Close to our planned activities in Arches National Park. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Knew it was next to the highway and the noise didn’t cause an issue as just put on a little white/brown noise and didn’t ever hear traffic. Easy to shop for groceries. Also knew in advance on the stairs and wasn’t an issue for us. Nice sized bathrooms and clean linens. Thanks for hosting our family!
