Our new condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (kids too), and large groups. Take a dip in our pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of play in the hot desert sun. Pool Open (10AM-10PM) March 15th - October 15th Hot Tub Open Year Round (10AM-10PM) The condo is situated right off Highway 191 and is 10 minutes away from Arches National Park, 35 miles away from both Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park, and near countless other attractions.

Beautiful
We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the location, condo layout, and especially the pool area. The unit was generally comfortable and worked reasonably well for our family gathering. That said, we do feel the condo is under-equipped for the number of guests it advertises hosting. We had a group of 9, and there were not enough basic kitchen and bath items for everyone (towels, washcloths, bowls, forks, spoons, etc.). We actually purchased additional forks and spoons during our stay and left them behind. There were also several maintenance items needing attention, including damaged blinds, a bent screen door, loose pot/pan handles, a shower curtain rod pulling loose, and a grill that would not light. Overall we still had a good trip, but these issues made the stay less convenient than expected for a larger group.
This condo has plenty of space for a large family, that's the only positive thing I have to say.
